Kevin HughesOur on-line Registration process is closed due to the need to work on the results process we will be using.
We will accept registrations day of. We will need you to come between 8 and 8:30 for day of Registration. We will have someone at the computer and registration table to get you registered. All athletes will be asked to sign a waiver the day of as well (yes we know there's an on-line one, BUT we want need another one filled out to have on file too. )

WODS ANNOUNCED!!!!
Kevin HughesOK Y'all. I know you have been PATIENTLY awaiting the WODS for the challenge.
Scaled workouts will not move on to the final WOD of the day (top 5 men and women AND Top 3 teams)
Team Score will be a total of ALL times from the team members in the RX Division for all wods... Scaled teams will not place as high as RX teams.
The FINAL WOD will be announced at the competition. The FINAL Wod is more technical for both TEAM and INDIVIDUAL.

TEAM WODS ANNOUNCED
Kevin HughesTeam WODS will go as follows:
Wod 1:
Each team will complete two rounds of the following:
5-4-3-2-1
Deadlift (225/155)
Burpees onto plate
9-5-3
Thrusters (95/65)
Pullups (guys chest to bar, women Regular)
1 minute rest
The team will be broken into two couplets- First couplet will be on the first portion of the WOD, Second Couplet on the second portion of the WOD.
Couplet A- one person will be on Deadlifts, one on Burpees,
Couplet B- Same for one on Thrusters, one on pull-ups

Kevin HughesHmmmm OK.. SOOOOOO we mentioned in our post on facebook something about using a trail behind our location AND then we know that after that trail is potentially used, you may be throwing heavy objects from the ground..... to somewhere towards the ceiling....
Don't be fooled by this hint. Be aware THIS WOD is based solely on individual power output curves. In other words, hoepfully you are looking at what a Force Velocity Curve tells you and where you might produce Ideal power for this wod.

(This one MAY be slightly obvious, but it's OK)
You may have to pick heavy things up several times. When you complete the task, you may have more movement than you know what to do with. It may take you less time than you think to complete this part of the WOD, however prepare because after chilling for a minute, one of your favorite girls comes back to rear her ugly head.
