Hmmmm OK.. SOOOOOO  we mentioned in our post on facebook something about using a trail behind our location AND then we know that after that trail is potentially used, you may be throwing heavy objects from the ground..... to somewhere towards the ceiling.... 

Don't be fooled by this hint.  Be aware THIS WOD is based solely on individual power output curves.  In other words, hoepfully you are looking at what a Force Velocity Curve tells you and where you might produce Ideal power for this wod.
